QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Ask a Question-
Yes I need instructions on how to paint the zga hypershift . Also duracoat and clearcoat !
ZGA Hypershift is a white-based powder that gets mixed into any clear paint or coating of your choice. It works best over a black base coat but can be used over different colored base coats. Our suggested mixing ratio is typically 25 grams per gallon of clear paint.

hi, two months ago i bought a litte bit oft this ZGA to play around a little bit with it. the coulor shift is exactly what i searched for but it is a touch to bright. do you know a trick or posabillity to make this paint a bit darker?
If you'd like to darken the overall look, here are a couple of tips you can try:
-
Use a darker base coat (like black or deep charcoal) instead of lighter ones — this can tone down the brightness of the pearl while keeping the shift effect.
-
Reduce the amount of pearl in your mix slightly — a lighter application can help soften the brightness.
-
Mix in a small amount of a darker pearl (such as black or deep violet) to add depth and mute the overall tone.
We recommend testing small samples first to find the balance that works best for your project.

Can this be used in tintable Raptor liner? If so would it fall under the resin or films category?
It sure can and it would fall under Standard Automotive clear/paint.
-
Can your pigments be combined with resin or epoxy?
You sure, can.
