Do i mix the pigment into the color paint i want to use or does it go into a top coat like paint ?
You’ll want to mix the pigment into your clear coat or top coat, not directly into your base color paint. The base color just helps determine how the pearl or color shift appears. For best results, mix the pigment into a clear medium and spray it over your black base.
