Can you mix this in a black base coat auto paint. I ask due to me thinking 50g of this color should be sufficient in making a unique purple; however, I don't know if these can be mixed that way or through the likes of intercoat instead?
You can also do it that way. What we recommend is to mix it with any clear medium and spray on a black base coat.
I am using a quart of KBS MAXX Clear Quart - Satin Sheen - UV Stable 2K Durable Clear Coat Paint. Would 25 grams of HKS purple be sufficient to make a solid purple over an Arctic white base of the same KBS MAXX line
25 grams per quart of this paint would be enough but it has to be over black for the true purple color to pop.
