Hello. My name is Josh and I'm with a shop called Spartans Tuning in Missoula MT. had a couple of questions about your black hole color shift pigment. I have a customer that is looking to paint their R32 skyline GTST sedan with this color but the painters at the body shop next to us had a few questions. first off does this stuff come in a bag of powder or is it premixed in a fluid? the picture shows fluid but the description says mica so I wanted to confirm. if it is a liquid, they were curious on what it is reduced with. if it is micha they were curious if you had a pigment load per gallon that works best for 1 car. does this need 75g or 300g? if you could let me know I'd super appreciate it and I can pass this onto the customer. Thank you!
Hello,
This product comes in powdered form and is available in 5 grams, 25 grams, and 1 kg bags. It can be mixed with any clear medium to make it sprayable. The mixing ratio will depend on the medium you're using. For peelable paints like Autoflex, Plasti-dip, or similar products, you'll need 75 grams per gallon. If you're using a standard automotive clear, the ratio is 100-200 grams per gallon (sprayable).
