  • Will the paste mix well or at all with photopolymer resin for 3D printing?

    Hi,

    Our Bermuda Blue Epoxy Pigment Paste was specifically designed for epoxy resin applications and mixes very easily into epoxy systems.

    As for photopolymer resin used in 3D printing, we have not specifically tested this product in UV-curable printing resins, so we can't guarantee the results. Since photopolymer resins cure differently than standard epoxy resins, compatibility can vary depending on the brand and formulation of the resin.

    That said, the pigment paste is highly concentrated and disperses well in resin-based systems, so it may work in some photopolymer resins. We would recommend starting with a very small test batch to make sure it mixes evenly and does not affect the curing process before using it in a full print.

  • I’m making a deep 6 gallon pour. How much Bermuda Blue liquid would I need for this project. I don’t want to see through the color.

    We would suggest 3-5 jars per gallon depending on the color you are going for.

  • I make soft plastic baits. I've bought your products through dip your car, but I will probably start buying straight from you now. My question is if I use the water activated pigments, will they change colors when I put them in the water? My next question is does your chrome pigs have an actual chrome color? thank you. I love making baits with your hyper shifts. they are so cool. Thanks for your time and have a great day

    Hello, did you mean the Mood Ring Ink? Unfortunately, our chrome pigments aren't available at the moment.
